Partially Guided - A partially more comprehensive series of prompts and activities with instruction on how to maximize your journaling experience. Fully Guided - A 30-day more comprehensive series of prompts and activities with instruction on how to maximize your journaling experience.

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
